Be a super user - A super user means that even if you find this policy on the web and are in an area where the government has very low rules on covid - be a super user and follow these rules any ways - make this your covid policy!  It is open source all I ask is if you copy and past it give a link back to the original web page it is on see the link below.

Rule 1.   Be disciplined and be a leader and follow this policy.

Rule 2. Choose a small number of people (the people in your house) to be comfortable and have your guard down around - but still wash your hands and if someone is sick - make them comfortable - but even encourage them to have a room of the house to themselves and keep a distance of 2 meters from other members of the house hold - don't breath in their faces for sure.

Rule 3.  Have masks ready and use them when out side of your household family group. For example;  on the bus, at the store and other areas, even on the side walk, if someone is too lazy or stupid to do it - be a leader and do it and tell that person to follow anti covid discipline we are all sick of covid going around!  The spreaders who think it isn't in their life are idiots and need to be reminded!  Remind them.

Rule 4.  Keep your social distance when on the job and in public at all times or at work, or on city transit.  2 meters is the rule of thumb - try to just be courteous in the neighborhood or at the store, give people a chance to do their shopping and give them space. Then if you have a mask on and social distance keeping a 6 foot or 2 meter space you have drastically cut down the chances of getting and spreading covid-19 or even ever getting it  -

LETS BEAT COVID-19 TOGETHER

Rule 5.  When out in public OR AT HOME be clean, keep your mask on and social distance of 6 feet from people in the store, or on the C Train or at the bank, and also use hand sanitizer and be disciplined when you are out in public.  Don't touch a door handle then rub your face or adjust your mask, use hand-sanitizer after you touch a door, or a kiosk key pad like at an ATM Machine or a work time clock.  When shopping as well, wipe down your stuff at home, and keep it away from people before you clean it a little and put the stuff away.

Rule 6. Have activities where  you can get some exercise and get out of the house, but practice social distancing.   When we do our interviews, or have meetings we will stand 6 feet away from people and ware our masks as much as possible and definitely don't be at a super spreader event where people are not encouraging covid 19 social distancing and personal protective equipment like mask use!

Rule 7.  Be happy but use the telephone or zoom.us to communicate with people don't gather in large groups if at all possible keep your social distancing at any event or at the line at the bank or in the super store.

Rule 9.  Be prepared when you are going out that you have a clean mask and hand sanitizer and try to go shopping on days when the shopping facilities are not maxed out such as Friday evenings.  Have a mask that is not made two thick for you to breath and that it doesn't cause you to become faint from lack of oxygen and you pass out.  I don't recommend polyester masks - use N-95 masks or even a cotton handkerchief or even an old cotton t shirt cut into a square folded over and died behind the head is a very good choice and will limit the chance of you spitting the virus,  and/or you getting the virus.
