• **Non-Binding:** Gerik's outputs do not constitute a formal contract.
• **Data Usage:** Conversations are logged for system refinement according to our Privacy Policy.

5. Strategic Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Disrupt the technical integrity of the architectural grid.
• Use our services for unlawful or contraband promotion.
• Submit destructive code or impersonate authorities.

6. Liability & Performance

Services are provided "as is". We aim for 99.9% uptime. While we guarantee campaign budget efficiency, client success remains the responsibility of the client.

The '1/5 Rule': We recommend re-investing 20% of revenue for optimal growth ratios.

7. Jurisdictional Authority

These protocols are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes are resolved via the courts of Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

• **No Local Storage:** A.S.E.W. and empcontracting.ca Inc. do not store sensitive credit card information or CVV codes on our local servers. Financial data is stored securely within the encrypted environments of our payment partners.
• **Customer Discretion:** You may choose to save your payment information via Link for faster checkouts across the web, or use Stripe for one-time transactions. This choice is entirely at the customer's discretion and can be modified through the respective provider's portal.
